About Signature Plumbing
A North Carolina plumbing company built around two ideas: diagnose before quoting, and never charge more because it is 3am.
How we work
Signature Plumbing runs plumbing and water heater services across North Carolina - the coastal counties, the Triangle, the Triad, Charlotte, the Sandhills, the foothills and the western mountains. The dispatch line is staffed around the clock, and it is answered by someone who can actually assign a truck rather than take a message.
Diagnosis before quoting
A slow drain and a collapsing sewer lateral look identical from the sink. One is a couple of hundred dollars, the other is thousands. We put a camera in the line, a gauge on the system, or a meter on the elements before anyone talks about price, and we show you what we found.
Flat pricing, including nights
Work is priced by the job. You approve a written number before a tool comes out, and it does not change because the job ran long. There is no overtime rate and no holiday surcharge - the price you would get on a Tuesday morning is the price you get on a Sunday night.
The cheaper answer, when it is the right one
A jammed disposal is a jam, not a dead unit. A water heater with a failed lower element is a $250 repair, not a $2,000 replacement. We say so. The times replacement genuinely is the better spend, you get both numbers and the reasoning behind them.
What we do
Emergency plumbing, drain cleaning and hydro jetting, sewer line repair and replacement, water heater repair, replacement and tankless conversion, leak and slab leak detection, water and gas line work, repipes, fixtures, sump pumps, water treatment, backflow testing and commercial plumbing.

What customers say
Our main line backed up into the downstairs shower on a Saturday. They cleared it, then put a camera down and showed me the roots coming in at a joint about thirty feet out. No pressure to do the repair that day, just the footage and a quote. Booked it for the following week.
Tanya R.North Carolina, NCSewage smell in the crawlspace turned out to be a cracked cast iron section. They showed me on camera, explained what would happen if we left it, and gave me three options with prices. No scare tactics.
Robert A.North Carolina, NCOur irrigation backflow failed its test. They came out, fitted a repair kit, retested and filed the paperwork with the water department. I did not have to chase anything.
